Responsibilities

MV Transportation is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to support the Training & Development team’s initiatives and programs. This role plays a key part in managing training systems, supporting live and virtual training events, ensuring compliance with training requirements, and assisting with organizational performance management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Create, assign, and track training records and requirements in Workday LMS.
  • Manage user enrollments, scheduling, logistics, and notifications for training programs and workshops.
  • Provide frontline support by responding to and resolving employee questions related to training programs and LMS functionality.
  • Coordinate live and virtual training sessions, including logistics, communications, and technical support.
  • Partner with third-party vendors to coordinate events, review invoices, and manage training deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on compliance training completion; follow up with managers and employees to ensure timely completion.
  • Support other Training & Development initiatives and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Talent Requirements:

 

  • Three (3) + years of experience managing and supporting Learning Management Systems (preferably Workday).
  • Two (2) + years of experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Forms.
  • One (1) – two (2) years of experience in adult learning, corporate training, leadership development, or facilitation strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and balance short- and long-term needs.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical or system-related issues.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and processing invoices preferred.
