This role involves responding to employee inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate handling of benefits-related tasks, supporting annual benefits projects, and managing Qualified Medical Child Support Orders (QMSCOS). Additionally, the position provides vital compensation support, including conducting market analysis, managing compensation-related reporting, drafting and distributing letters, maintaining trackers for incentive plans and equity programs, and supporting hourly wage approvals. The ideal candidate excels in customer service, data analysis, and administrative functions, contributing to the overall success of our Total Rewards initiatives.
